Embodied Directions is a therapeutic, inclusive community space for mental, emotional + somatic health and well-being. We provide an array of therapeutic and trauma-informed individual and community based offerings including: yoga and movement, meditation, workshops, trainings, energy work, individual and group therapy. Jenni Stevens, LCMHC (licensed in NH) provides trauma-informed, somatic and attachment-focused psychotherapy to adults. She specializes in anxiety and trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment and Somatic (body-based) therapies and often interweaves tools like meditation, mindfulness and yoga/movement into therapeutic work.
