While we can make no guarantees with regard to the specific experience(s) you will have with any of our Community Partners, they have all been trained using ASP’s materials, and have all expressed their sincere desire to uphold our mission to create safe, welcoming spaces for people of all genders.
Whether the feedback is positive or constructive, we encourage you to share it directly with the management of the business or organization if you feel comfortable doing so. If this isn’t an option for you, please reach out to us at hello@affirmingspacesproject.org to let us know what’s going on.
Even if you feel confident about your current policies and practices, there is always more to learn, and we hope you will take something away from our training! We would also love to have you listed as a Community Partner so we can help more TGNC community members and allies find you!

Email us at hello@affirmingspacesproject.org and let us know you’d like to volunteer!
ASP volunteers may participate in a variety of tasks based on the subcommittee(s) they work with. We have everything from “behind the scenes” work (e.g.; graphic design and newsletter/email composition) to public-facing work (e.g.; canvassing or becoming an ASP trainer). Every volunteer’s interests and needs are taken into account.
To make a donation online, click the “donate” button on the main menu at the top of the page, or visit our donation page. If you would like to donate in a different way, or would like to make a non-monetary gift, please email us at hello@affirmingspacesproject.org.
ASP is fiscally sponsored by Seacoast Outright, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations made to ASP are tax-deductible. If you need support or a receipt for your donation, please contact us at hello@affirmingspacesproject.org.
We use the money we receive to maintain our project and raise awareness about the resources we offer to the public. Examples of our expenses include website design and maintenance, a paid Zoom account for hosting virtual trainings, and printing costs for materials such as stickers and informational pamphlets.
