Birth is a moment but postpartum is forever! As a mom to 3 amazing children, I started KistBaby Doula and Family Support to help families like yours and mine! I have supported families for the past 30 years in a variety of roles through so many challenges. It would be easy to just call me a postpartum doula but I specialize in early childhood development & supporting families in their parenting journey ages birth through age 5. Everything from transitioning a new baby into the house, potty training, behaviors, sleep… we work together to create as much ease in being a parent as possible.
